You can use public transportation such as a bus or travel service to reach Kabanjahe, the capital of Karo Regency. The trip from Medan to Kabanjahe takes around 3 to 4 hours. After arriving in Kabanjahe, you can continue the journey to Tongging Village, which is about 45 minutes to 1 hour by private vehicle or public transport. Once you reach Tongging Village, you can continue to Sipiso-piso Waterfall by walking to the main parking area. If you prefer comfort and speed, you can rent a car or take a taxi directly from Medan to the location. The travel time by private car is around 3 to 4 hours, making it faster and more flexible. Once you arrive at the site, you can choose to walk to the main waterfall viewpoint. The well-maintained footpath makes it easy for visitors to get to the bottom of the waterfall. If you want to enjoy the view from above, there are several spots that allow you to appreciate the beauty of Sipiso-piso without descending too far.
